Outback Steakhouse - Indianapolis

Today was our first time back to Outback in a long time and we were not really impressed. They’ve changed ingredients (or something) on a few of our favorites, but not for the better. The potato soup was bland. The Toowoomba salmon seemed like a totally different dish and my husband, who can usually power through any dish, did not want to eat more than half. Service has been much better. At first, we were ignored until the manager came over and took our drink order, then those drinks were allowed to run dry and stay that way. The guy who brought our food both times seemed to be depressed. My 9yo wanted to offer him a hug if we saw him again, but we didn’t.

I ate dinner at your Greenwood store. Food was great. We had an excellent server named Bri. She took care of us completely. Anything and everything we needed she was there. Very attentive. I will be sure she is working before I go again. When you go ask for Bri. You’ll enjoy your experience.
