Bynum's Steakhouse - Indianapolis

Came here while we were in town from Ohio and we were blown away. Such a cute homey feel, great family like customer service, and the food was amazing!

This was my first time at this place! Food was absolutely phenomenal! I ordered my steak medium well and it had so much flavor! The lobster was fresh and well seasoned! Our waitress Cassie was prompt and attentive.

Bynum's is a great place to eat, the steaks are so good and service is great

Went on Saturday evening on a first date. It was an awesome experience. The meal was delicious and perfectly cooked. The service was charming and very pleasant. The atmosphere had a German Steakhouse vibe. Very cozy and inviting. We recommend the garlic cheesy bread appetizer.

Was recommended to come here. We came on New Years Eve, I know that it is probably a busy night. But with that said, your restaurant should have been prepared!. Extra staff, bus boy table cleaner, hostess should not bus table, extra bartender and servers. We waited after seated 15 minutes for a servicer to come to our table! A bartender did come for drink orders and brought them back. We continued to wait for our server, another 15 minutes went by and I went and spoke with the hostess who was clearing a table and told her we have not had a server come to our table for our dinner order, she said she would get someone right away. No one came! Caught another server ask her to see about our person, by now has been 40 minutes since being seated at our table! She finally appeared 5 minutes or so later. She did not apologize just asked if ready to order and not given food specials of the night. The food was good but definitely the service should have been much better! For an upscale restaurant we were Disappointed!
