Super delish! I’m from the south and love this style of hot chicken! Bertie’s did not disappoint! I got the chicken sandwich c fries and hush puppies, all were really ?

Just left . My wife and I were kicked out by the woman at the front desk. I'm 74 my wife is 68 . Music was very loud and we could not read the menu. We asked for her to help. Long story short, She kicked us out.

One of the most bomb chicken sandwiches I've ever had in my LIFE!!! I would've taken a picture, but I was too busy rapidly absorbing it into my soul. No trace left.Come get some!!

I placed an online order for the Captain 's Combo on Fryday . This is what the website said I was ordering:CAPTAIN 'S COMBOBEER BATTERED ALASKAN COD WILD CAUGHT SHRIMP, FRESH CUT FRIES, TENNESSEE SLAW, HUSH PUPPIES, REMOULADE COCKTAIL SAUCEWhat I actually got was 1 small piece of fried cod, 3 shrimp and french fries no Tennessee slaw and no hush puppies. On top of that, the fries were cold, even though I arrived earlier than the website 's scheduled pick up time. With the tip the website automatically added, I paid over $26. I 'm quite disappointed.

I have never, ever, in my 60 years experienced such a mean and nasty environment as I did when I walked inside of this restaurant today. My family I simply walked in, proceeded to get in line to order, when all of a sudden this lady with short blonde hair behind the counter was seriously screaming at people, disgusted with someone or something, not sure. My 9 year granddaughter was horrified, we were all appalled. Why she thinks she can yell and scream when things are not going swiftly because it's too busy, or whatever the case is,is just beyond words. I felt sorry for everyone behind and in front of the counter that were in her presence. We walked out, the lady ahead of us walked out. Unbelievable!
