Fishy Business - Hobart

The man working today was amazing! He was very friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate us... I highly recommend this place. The fish was delicious, the chips were tasty and reasonably priced. However, the potato cakes were not great, they tasted like eating a wad of toilet paper. But this is something that can be easily fixed. The waterfront location is lovely and the heater was fantastic. It's a great place to visit in winter. Overall, it was a great experience.

I had two delicious meals at Fishy Business in Hobart with my young daughter. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the seating on the back deck was clean and comfortable. During our visits, we tried the fisherman's Basket for 1 and the Blue Eye Trevella crumbed with scallops, calamari, and chips, both served with a tasty tartar sauce. The food was cooked perfectly. I initially tried Flippers but was disappointed; I highly recommend Fishy Business instead.

Wow! We are so happy that we chose this restaurant. The staff was amazing and our seafood dishes were delicious. The server was very accommodating and helpful. It was a lovely experience sitting out back. Thank you for having us.

Enjoy two very pleasant meals in the fishy business with my daughter in the small-child travel to hobart. the staff is very friendly and efficient and the back deck sits clean and a comfortable place to enjoy their meal. we had the basket of the fisher for 1 our first visit and blue eye trevella with scallops, calamari and chips on the second. both with a beautiful creamy teersauce. the food was perfectly cooked. I also gave flippers a try first, but was very disappointed. when they discuss what pick fishy business try.
