It has a beautiful atmosphere, the staff was friendly and helpful. Jane, our server took care of us. Today Taco was Tuesday and they had specialties ..The tacos were right with salad, tomatoes and cheese. Jane was very attentive and made sure we drink a lot. We have water and coke. You have a large menu with a variety of foods . Prices are reasonable. They also serve alcohol. The restaurant was clean and well maintained. I liked the friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend this place.

Great place! Good food, good service and hospitality. The environment was pleasant and I felt at home. In addition, they even had the game on the TVs. Total A stop, get a table here I recommend it.

Better than Baja, it's Bayou Vista! C'old beer and tasty texmex food in a casual south Texas environment. What's not to like? The people running the place treat you like family, but the side you like! Check out the tacos al pastor or the chicken flower and black bean dip. Vegetarian options too. Good times on the Bayou!
