Call for lunch drinks and served by Wayne, which was both very friendly and helpful. As a result, we returned to supper and rejoiced that we were served again by Wayne. Both the pizza and the lasagna we had were excellent. Good atmosphere. Very recommended.

The best place to get pizza in Hermanus, very small, so the reservation in advance is recommended, the pizza bases are thin and crispy and they have the best selection of toppings

Having lived in Italy for sixteen years, I thought I had experienced Italian pizza. I have eaten at Embers for the fourth time in ten days and am still overthrown by the quality and taste. The superb front of house and the culinary skills of Thinus and Gideon make this little restaurant a genuinely delightful gem in the heart of Hermanus.

Ordered a bunch of pizzas for family as take out. Excellent quality for all. Although small there is a great ambience and staff very professional. Was pleasantly surprised and we will be back!
