I just happened to see this restaurant as I was on a night walk in this beautiful town Heredia and wanted to see what the fare was like got a menu and everything looked so yummy, saw they serve chifrijo, I am a fan of chrifijo, so I ordered it, it was good, a little to dry but it was tasty, a little pricey but hey I was not on a budget. Chifrijo is beans rice deep fried pieces of chopped pork topped with tomatoes onion and avocado, so yummy

If you are near to any Spoon restaurant, then it will be the right place to stop for a coffee brake. They offer delicious dishes salted or sweet, whatever you choose is good. We love the costarican known as empanadas de pollo then the best of the best named Torta Chilena , try it (only if you have diabetis is not recommended), my children love it.

The fact that is almost full most of the time means they are doing something good. -The premises are nice, the restaurant is well kept. Nice size bathrooms and there is always parking at the shopping center. -The food goes from average to good, without ever being outstanding. Stick to the specials if you want value. Coffee and deserts are their best feature. -Service is good, but not necesarily fast.

We didn't have to wait much until our food arrived. the personel here was really polite and beautiful and eating was ok for the price

Wonderful experience! second time to a spoon. first was in san jose downtown. that eat comes faster than at some places in the states. the waiters and waiters are attentive and prompt. this is the service I have not seen in similar operated in the region. eating was very good and of high quality. I highly recommend for a coffee and baked or a quick lunch or breakfast / brunch.
