The restaurant is very cozy and has a beautiful flair that is unfortunately no longer found so often! The dishes are freshly prepared as you hear that the cook knocks the carvings! The carvings are fantastic and there are extraordinary carving creations?? It's a nice family business and you feel like home!

General A banner in front of the restaurant is already open to our eye stabbed Teulelsschnitzel left Spotzl out of his head and should be our choice today. Located directly on the through road, in the middle of Hepberg is the inn. There are plenty of parking facilities around. At the entrance there are a few steps, to the toilets you get through 3 steps upwards and further through a larger threshold. The restaurant also includes a pension. We entered the restaurant and stood a little alone in the guest room. After some time a master came with white T shirt, panties and blue diocese pink dressed from the kitchen, said 2persons, we nodded and he pointed to a table. I asked if we could also have the others, what he said was a bit harsh here. Too bad you can't choose a table in an empty place and it remained empty during our visit. After taking the place, the word was thrown to the table. On our own we got the cards and he disappeared back in the kitchen. Shortly afterwards a black-clothed lady came, lit the candles and accepted the drinks. These were served quickly and the remaining order went over to them. There was a hint that the devil carving would be very sharp. The two dishes were served very quickly at the same time. There was a good apetite, an intermediate demand, and the question of whether it would have tasted, then the lady was lost. The empty glass was immediately noticed by the kitchen. The so far voice-armed gentleman asked if there may be anything else, we denied and ordered the bill that came in a proper form. There was still a small chat with the hint of an installation with brass music in the place and a nice day. When we left the place, nobody could see. There was no greeting, at the middle part everything was right, a goodbye would have been nice. We think it's okay, so 3 stars. The menu consists of an art-off cover in blue with brewery logo and transparent covers. There is a daily soup that is described on a slate, various carving options, grill plate, salad with Calamare or turkey strips, 2 x fish and bread times. As supplements mainly pommes, different potatoes and late zle. A small portion is available for 1,50 € discount and a supplement change is recommended at 1,50 €. You can choose a supplement salad at € 3.50. To drink it should be a special 0.5 l 2,40 € and a farm brown house dark gold 0.5 l 2,60 €. To eat, of course, the devil carving with peperonie and cheese baked sharply with pumices 9,20 € and the beer keg dish, delicate medallions of pork fillet, butter parrot, cream pork and roast onions 11,60 €. The devil carving had a neat size, was nicely panted, crispy, not greasy and juicy roasted. It was slightly baked with tasty cheese and covered with peperonie strips. Finally, sharply described was sharp, very sharp and spotzl overjoyed. I had tried a piece, for me it would be nothing, very good taste, but a little too sharp. The pommes were beautifully soft inside, fried crispy and not greasy.For me a hauch too much salt was there, Spotzl tasted them so. The 3 pieces of pork fillet were very delicately fried at the beer keg dish, lay in a tasty, well seasoned cream sauce. It's not our case. Whether freshly bathed or out of the can we couldn't find out, but they tasted very leathery and looked tough. It is also difficult to say whether it is self-made. They all had the same shape, a beautiful consistency a slightly buttery taste and were slightly roasted in the pan. Here was a tick too much salt in the game, just like meat. Here it was also Spotzl's opinion. The roasted onions were nicely chessed and tasted delicious after onions. A decent portion with good food and cheap price,Teufelsschnitzel must be again. Thanks to the little salt strength and the swammerl we decide for 3 stars. The ambience After the entrance you come through another door into the guest room. There there are also some shielded places accessible by steps. Tables, benches and chairs are made of light wood. The walls decorate oil paintings with natural motifs. In the guest room there is the gift and right behind an open door the kitchen. We were the only guests and the loud knocking noises from the kitchen read us frightened. Our thought, how does it sound, at 20 carving guests? The tables are covered with carted...
