The food was outstanding, and the service was remarkable

My husband I enjoyed a perfect night here last week! John did an amazing job being our server, took amazing care of us the food was absolutely spectacular. Our kiddos enjoyed their food, our clam and white sauce was perfect! I want to give that night him five stars We decided to bring my father-in-law here today unfortunately were very displeased this time. Our waitress was very kind but not attentive to the situation we had. My husband, father-in-law 's and my meal were delicious. (White clam sauce w/ pasta Italian Tacos) I 'm not sure if the tacos we 're supposed to be cold because of the bruschetta style, but they were still good.. My daughter ordered the Mac Cheese off the kids menu what we received looked like pasta w/ Alfredo sauce. When we asked Claire was it a mistake or is this actually the Mac and Cheese they offer. She kindly said no that 's our Mac Cheese I said oh it taste nothing like Mac and Cheese my daughter doesn 't like it. Unfortunately as much as I wished she 'd say is there something else I can get for her? Or can I exchange it in? Or even a we can 't take that off the bill but can I get her anything else? She laughed/snickered and said oh no and walked away. That was just really disappointing cause my daughter didn 't eat anything while we all were. The next time we saw her, she was cleaning plates off our table so at that point, I 'd be happier getting my daughter food someplace else. I 'm sure, in time, we 'll be back will definitely ask for John again. I do hope that if the staff/owners read these reviews it can just be a learning moment for our waitress. Other than the lack of help for changing the plate, Claire was very kind.

I’ll will never do service with a business that rushes you and then hangs up the phone as if your a problem. DONT come to this place at all everyone

The food and service was GREAT! The table shared the gnocchi Mac and cheese and bolognese dip. I got angel hair pesto with grilled chicken as my meal. Everything was delicious and the server was friendly. However, I literally had to shuffle between chairs and booths just to get to my table all the way in the back. Once I was at my table, we were pushed up against curtains and a window we couldn’t even look out. As a bigger person, this place does not make me feel comfortable, and because of that, I will not return. It’s unfortunate because the food was amazing. If there were less tables, I would consider coming back, but for now I will not return.

The food is excellent and the portions are enormous. Mushroom soup and onion soup are both yummy. Seafood is fresh, garlic bread is addictive, and the stuffed mushrooms are perfect. The only negative is the noise. It's too loud to have a conversation.
