Subway - Hamburg

Still a good alternative. still here and still great alternative to the typical almost food. new menu options all look delicious. service was great, fast, friendly and attentive.

This subway does not know how to treat regular customers, they do not know how to make a simple sandwich when they have written everything on the order. I ordered piles and cheese feet long with all the vegetables and I got 2 half slices of cheese with little pfosten and no sweet at all. manager must change the personal if they don't know their work.

Tried to call about a hair I found in my food. And nobody answer the phone. I called 5 times with no answer. This is not the first time I have had problems at this location

This is the best Subway in the area! Unlike the other 3 in Hamburg that do not accept any vouchers, this place welcomes them. This makes them stand out and they have earned my loyalty over all other Subways, solely for this reason. Keep up the great work!

Pretty good experience overall. The staff is efficient and the food is prepared quickly. The only downside is the challenging access to the parking lot from the highway, which is why I can't give it a 5-star rating.
