Subway - Hamburg

The customer service was terrible. they were rude and went out of order to help other customers while I was waiting to pay money. we put our sub-parts on the table without saying anything. they would have forgotten to grab my cookies if I hadn't said anything. also they mixed the salate and swirl together, so I got tweeted if I can't tolerate it. couldn't even finish eating my saucer because it was fucked up. overall very disorganized and terrible service.

Must work on customer service. walked up to the counter and was not greeted. the person who made my sandwich seemed like they were miles away, looked at me again and again as if their attention were somewhere else. did not ask what I wanted to know automatically. I prefer to cry. sandwich was in order. wanted to get out some tough banana peppers. I know the inflation is overwhelming, but $15 for a full sub with chips and a filled water is overkilled. but I needed some quick food. live protip, make her own food. less likely to be disappointed, and their wallet will thank them

Sandwich was in order, but I was charged for a profi. just ordered a foot long and I had to ask for speck because he had forgotten lol. the real reason why I'm kind of annoying is that the person wasn't even in a uniform, looked like he worked for cabellas and had no masks. They feel like all these things are kind of mean. Oh, good. it's a chain in a whalf. What can you do?

The girls there were so nasty, not only me, but other customers in the line. the gentleman worked so sweet and helped to solve the dinge faster.

Idk why i'm doing this now since the last time i ordered here was over a year ago but there was this brunette girl who looked like one of the ugly stepsisters in cinderella giving me a nasty attitude for no reason. i said thank you AND was nice. never going here again especially if i see that witch
