Wendy's - Groveland

This location when open for dining was really un kept drink station a mess and a confusing self ordering system that sometimes an employee would be there and other times they wouldn't. Once you become an employee and learn how to put your order in you make a drink at the filthy drink station spilled soda lids and trash all over. You watch the monitor for your order. A typical experience must watch your order for accuracy and completeness. This an average location and certainly 100% better than the Burger King. Wendy's has a real shot in the community if they work on quality and service. Serving the public is not always easy but you still must provide excellent consistent food with respectful honest service or be ok with average.

No dine-in because of covid-19, so drive-thru was really busy. Even though the drive-thru was busy, they moved the cars out very quickly. It was very impressive. The food was very good and fresh. Customer service was on point. I would definitely recommend this Wendy's!

Fast and friendly service. Food was accurate and I got my order and was able to get right back on the road.

Two times in the row I received the wrong food. Nothing but untrained lazy kids trying to run a business. If the doors were open, I would have gone inside. Now have to wait in line all over again. So much for fast food. My mistake for even going. Management is terrible. Never going back
