Dunkin' - Greenwood

I am typically a fan of Dunkin' Donuts but was very let down by this particular location. My husband and I ordered two iced coffees, which tasted like water with sugar. We then tried to order two donuts for our kids, but were told they couldn't serve us donuts at that time of day. Aren't they called Dunkin' Donuts? I will not be returning to this location.

The quality of the donuts at this restaurant has significantly decreased. During our visit today, we ordered donuts at the counter and one of them was missing. Additionally, the jelly-filled donut had a very small amount of filling. When I tried to call to address the issue, the voicemail was full and I couldn't leave a message. I will not be returning to this Dunkin' Donuts store again. -Tim W.

I like donuts. I don 't dislike dunkin but I didn 't like this trip. I opted to use the drive thru against my better judgment and was deftly disappointed. My big issue is I like to see what they have and choose the ones that are available. There is no way todo that at the drive thru without saying I want a long john and then getting the response we don 't have any and then askingfor jelly filled and finding out they don 't have any. Kinda mostly my fault for using the drive thru but I was in a bit of a jamand thought it would be quicker and easier. Next time I will definitely be going inside.

The shift at 2:20pm on 9/3/22 is a joke. Super rude I would of left a 0 star if I could hicks, along with not knowing about your menu and app is just ridiculous. And the manager arguing with what we was saying was just the worse location ever. Rethink yourjob

I am a big fan of Dunkin' Donuts, but I have to say that this specific location is really disappointing. It used to be inconsistent, but now it seems to always get my order wrong. The last three times I've been here, my drink was made incorrectly. My husband even has a dairy allergy, and they still manage to put milk in his drink. There are maybe only three good staff members here, the rest lack customer service skills and consistently mess up orders. I would not recommend this location at all.
