When we finally got our order, my sunshade was in a bag that was pulled out of the line, just to find that they had filled it so full and there was no way to open it without slaughtering over everything. I couldn't go in and the ride was too crowded. I just tried to call to answer no one. called corporate number and was finally answered, but the only thing they can do is email the franchise owners. time and money.
$6 fish no cheese on it-asked for extra tartar and was told that would be extra charge. Lettuce was brown disgusting
I have been on a diet I am one of the things I’m allowed to have is the Dairy Queen dilly bar sugar-free and when I buy it it normally comes without broken or mash dilly bars. The last four boxes my husband has bought me has broken or fractured dilly bars and I am very tired of paying $11 a box when they won’t answer the phone so you can tell them about the problem please get this fixed because people are getting tired of paying good money for products that aren’t properly given to you at the window we shouldn’t have to find this in a box that are damaged goods, three are good the others are damaged. This has never happened to me before guess I’m gonna have to have them open up the box and check it before they bring it home, if it doesn’t change.
Spent 45 mins in drive thru and ordered 5 ice cream and they were not made very well my mom blizzard the mms was on top and none in the middle or bottom
We went through the drive way tonight first the girl wouldn’t speak up so we could hear the total the girl had an additude then then slammed opened the window, and got our order wrong, didn’t give the card back until after they fixed the order and made us pay again she got extremely rude with my grandma and had a bad attitude I definitely will go to handles from now on
