Burger King - Greenwood

I had a great experience in the drive through. The employees were nice, helpful, and I was in and out before I knew it. 10/10 Keep up the great work Burger King

6/22 Update: Still good customer service, fast service via drive thru my kids orders were correct! I went through the drive thru to get my son breakfast, before school. The employees were friendly. I received everything that I ordered. All the food was correct too! Oh it was very fast service! The also included napkins in the bag so there's an extra plus, since most places don't seem to do that these days! I just moved to the area and this place is only a mile down the road, so ill definitely be returning.

The food hasn't changed just more expensive. Still good snack good. Lots of bun. The service was ok at the drive thru.

Although the restaurant was short-staffed, with only two employees working the late shift, they efficiently prepared and served our food. We experienced a slight delay because they were waiting on fresh fries for our order. To compensate for the wait, the manager kindly offered us an extra small fry and was very apologetic, sincere, and friendly, greeting us with a smile as she delivered the fries along with our meal. I would definitely return to this Burger King in a heartbeat and hope the other staff members are just as nice and courteous as the employee I encountered on January 19, 2022, during the late shift.

While the effort is evident, the food preparation staff could benefit from additional training and oversight. This shouldn’t deter anyone craving Burger King, as their prices and app promotions put their competitors to shame. The dining area is consistently clean, though it feels somewhat outdated. The road to improvement is straightforward: enhance food prep training and give the restaurant a cosmetic refresh. Everything else is just right.
