Bidra med feedbackThe owner seemed somewhat indifferent/unwelcoming. The food was fast but not good. I went for lunch and decided to try this place out. The food came 3 mins after I ordered it, so that's a positive. However, the food itself was not very good. Felt like it was missing some key ingredients that I am used to from other indian restaurants. Another aspect, is that the food comes in a metal tray like in school cafeterias (or prisons), so they don't have the best presentation. That being said, if you are in a hurry and would like to stay away from fast food, this place offers decent food for a reasonable price.
Worst Indian restaurant I've been to. Wait staff were not freindly, portions small for the price and food lacked flavour. I ordered the Rogan Josh and my freind ordered chicken curry, and they both tasted the same.
Fast service and food. The top floor is strange and disorienting. The floor seems to be at an angle. Very loud due to naked concrete walls. Definitely avoid at lunch. Mediocre food. Would probably not go here again.
Horrible taste and worst service. Kindly never visit Mother India restaurant if you wish to have an authentic Indian food. They make it very very spicy hot, thereby losing the real taste or the other end by just adding tasteless fresh cream. Its better to visit other Indian restaurants nearby.
A lot to improve on taste and service.. And, No.. I am not comparing this with 'real ' Indian food.. The Naan bread was sour.. The inside of samosa was dry as deadwood and the outside was hard like a cricket ball.. The palak paneer was too hot for my taste.. I am surprised that they did not even warn me about the hotness of the palak paneer or the quality of the samosas. Being located in a prime area, I expect that they will really improve in times to come..
