The Cold Spot - Glen Jean

Friday night. Many menu items are not available. The food we got was pretty good. The next evening returned to dinner. We should probably have left the greeting alone. Take it off because we were exhausted and no longer felt. We have seen how some diners have gone without ever having contact with the staff. We noticed that 2 parties are coming to us well and we? Maybe we should have left. Finally an order. Some foods came out quickly, some lasted 45 minutes after 1. Orders arrived at the table. Everybody was cold. I don't know it would come. It's what it is nowadays.

This is for the Glen Jean location: Usually you visit the in No. Charleston and have always loved it, so we thought we would try. Big mistake. Immigrated and sat over 30 minutes, without anyone noticed that we were even there. It was moderately full when we came in and when we sat after the table, rose and went. A lady even asked if it would help if she had her own drinks. She and her table from 8 left. There was a table of 5 and they went. I even saw a guy who got up two beers and just went out without pay and the server never noticed. After most people got up and emigrated, the server finally realized that the restaurant was cleared out and we decided to go. My wife said something about waiting so long and without knowing that I still went on the server, shook her head and went back to what she did on her phone. I just saw her out of the bar area once. The video-Palor visitor seemed to be on point, maybe they should have their train the rest of the servers. The bar call was certainly attentive to the three people in the bar, it is just a shame that the restaurant lost between 18-25 cartridges. This place does not take long with such employees.

Let's start with it, it's not a restaurant. That's a bar. People are slowly your food will be okay. The wings have a ton of sauce, it will be unorderly. Ask for all refills at the beginning or you will wait hours to get everything here. The staff runs with head cut. I could say a lot more, but it was the most disappointing place I was. I wouldn't waste my time.

Good food, nice place. Was there with friends. Will certainly have to go back to try some other options on their menu. It wasn't a busy night and the service was pretty fast. But I saw other times where her parking lot is packed.

Do not eat here. Took over an hour to get food. Chicken wings, their specialty were the toughest things we 've ever had. All food came out barely warmer than ambient temperature. Crispy chicken sandwich was three boneless wings smashed into the bun, Costs $11, you can get 6 wings for $8. You do the math. Not the waiters fault took so long to get food. What are you supposed to do when you only got 1 waiter who is also bartender. Horrible experience. Do not eat here
