Wendy's - Galveston

I went there specifically for a chocolate cream... a favorite of me since I was a kid. This is not the fault of this place, I'm sure. But the recipe or process for making a frost has changed and not for the better. They are not as thick and creamy as they were once. They are more frothy than frosty. It is as if they are overcome so that they can use less material to fill a cup. Think about the difference between real butter and the picked version or worse, picked margarine. Speaking of the new cups are plastic, not the older sturdy and less sweaty paper cups. They are also smaller and prices are higher. I ordered a big one and it was about the size of a medium from the last time I ordered one. I'll give Wendys another chance, but if it's the same, they'll have lost a customer. I'm sorry, Galveston Wendy 's, I know this isn't your fault, and you shouldn't have to bear the trace of it... so I've rated you high on atmosphere and service.

To date, I would have rated it with three until I saw it busy. Not packed, just a little busy. The girl in the register was unclear and the manager was slow. With six people standing at the counter, and all those who have already ordered, the unclear girl just stood there, even after the manager told her to get my drink. I asked her to make my drink as the manager asked her. She tried to put it in a small cup. She was completely reputable and neither her nor the manager should be planned on busy days.

Wendy’s is located on the lake wall boulevard, where you need it. The food is the same reliable low-cost scrub as everywhere with Wendys... enjoyed the burger and fries out, it was hot, but only over tolerable.

This Wendy is good earlier, but in the last six months the food was very incompatible. The greatest thing is that we are getting cold and old all the time. Today we went and again it was cold and my frits tasted old, and there wasn't even another when we went so it wasn't busy. It is super frustrating to spend money to throw away the food because it is cold and old. This is the last thing I do here.
