Rudy Paco is very brilliant. Our Chloe server was one of the best servers we had for years. The food was excellent. I would drive the 4 hours to get to Galveston, just to have the great experience again.

Came to rudy paco for our 30-year anniversary, as we wanted a special, romantic meal. this place was amazing! the central American aromes run through the menu and the wine selection is enormous. any sauce we had whether it was fought with the plantain chips, or the sauce served with the empanadas, or the freshly made ranch dressing, or the raspberry chip sauce served with the snapper were all incomparable. the owner paco vargas was there to ensure that his customers were all very happy, and the workers of the servier made a very positive impression. each dish was placed synchronously at the table something they only see in the best facilities. very impressive! they provided the perfect amount of service while enjoying time for their private culinary moments. we finished the evening very full, but still ordered dessert because if they want to eat at a place they want to see whether the quality is a sweet conclusion. the quattro leche ordered the dulce leche. if they have any recollections about how their grandmother made dulce leche from ground on, this will send them back to these days?. simply amazing. we will come back at any time when we are in galveston! thank you for making our jubilee so special and unforgettable. ?

The crabcakes were the best I ever had. fantastic eating. they have a dress code.

I hate to give Rudy and Paco 4 stars, but my main course was a great miss, and our waiter was very lazy and not personal at all. I have the Grouper Special. It should be a creole sauce on top, but it was a tomato base sauce that totally exaggerated the grouper. The green beans on the side were literally not seasoned. The potatoes were great. $48 was wasted. Pretty expensive for a piece of grouper you couldn't even taste. My wife had empanizado the pollen. It was great! Very recommended. We also shared the crab cake that was fantastic. The waiter was very pushy to take our drink order, the food order, and clearly wanted to turn the table around. He was diligent, but obviously our experience has not taken care of at all. We usually love this place, but I think between my main course is a great miss, and the waiter, we will not return to Rudy and Pacos.

Went here to celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary. The restaurant had delicious food and drinks. The vibe was romantic and perfect for our celebration. Shout out to Micah for the excellent service tonight. He was attentive and very helpful.
