Hooters - Galveston

Location is very nice and clean, but service is slow?. Eating was not so hot (temperature), but it was good? nothing spectacular but decent?

To far the worse Hooters I was! I was in several Texas and various states, and that was a HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT! Since we have not gone to anyone to welcome that we have to sit without a menu to get ourselves! Then our wings were so fucking small to be charged $1 per ranch, because a 45 piece only with 4 little ranch!

I hope the service is not a hint at the service of all hooters standorte! we considered an early dinner at 16:00 a.m., we were greeted by the host and taken directly to a table, as there were only 4 other tables occupied. the waitress came by directly to take our drink order, but there were no menus as they were full of digital. we left our phones in the car, as we usually do for a meal. she was super helpful to find one on the back that was outdated, but it worked. then it went straight down hill, she came back, took our job with a pad, how many restaurants now do, we ordered an app, and 2 sandwiches with pommes, 1 curly, 1 waffel. my man and I had a good talk and an hour recognized had no check-in from our waitress, no app, no beverage refills. another waitress stopped by to refill us and check us out shortly after our meal came out. cold pommes (both regular pommes,) medium warm burgers and still no app, we asked and she said she would check it, it's sorry because she didn't remember to put in the app order. we finished our meal, and the app had not shown yet. we were not re-examined, another waitress stayed over to tell us that the app was frozen so that it could not be made. we have said that we get it and please get the bill, we thought we got a discount of sorts, but no only 2 free ice water for the trip to home. You'd better make hooters!

Fun for the whole family! I recommend a buffalo chicken sand with 3-mile sauce, speck and Cheddar cheese!

What a terrible experience. Started out where we could here the music in the kitchen over the music in the restaurant. Waiter was super cute but should not be serving tables. Had to go get my own beer from the bar. Tots took 35 minutes and the queso had obviously been sitting there for quite some time. They gave our tots to a table next to us ?on the house? when we had paid for the tots that came 20 minutes later? the Buffalo tacos had no sauce on them. Waiter said they were ?slammed? when there was about three other tables and a couple ppl at the bar. I will never ever come back. Tried to give them a few chances? never again. Give me some Buffalo Wild Wings on the island please.
