Bidra med feedbackI went here last Tuesday night at about 7 o'clock, the place was a quarter full. I was told at the door that I might want to go somewhere else because they were very busy. I started laughing and asked the guy could I have a table. I was told that I needed to be prepared to wait a long time to eat and that he was telling me this so I wouldn't be disappointed. anyways I sat down. there is probably 40 televisions here showing sport on each one but I got more amusement entertainment watching the staff running around like crazy people. Food was very nice and great portions. Burger was big and cooked nicely very tasty. The beer was flat. I didn't bother to mention it to anyone, the whole experience felt like I had travelled back in time to when restaurants didn't have to try hard and still succeeded. food was great but that's where the positives stop
American copy restaruants normally can at least get the food right. It's basic but O'Leary's an Irish American restaraunt falls short. First they do not use plates. Instead its wooden boards and baskets. Not easy ti eat from! Second the beef tacos were cold, placed on metal cradles that gaurenteed they were cold. Finally the fish and chips (I know not American or for that Irish) were over cooked, small portioned (Not American or Irish) and again cold! Beer and pop corn was good but frankly if you want more try somewhere else!
Very comfortable relaxed atmosphere, we came to watch the 6 nations a couple of weeks back. we had an area reserved. Food was very nice and the staff are very friendly
We visited this place in the early evening with high hopes for a good meal because of some good reviews. Service was good, lots of TV screens (it’s a sports bar), nicely furnished, but the food quality should have been a bit better. Taco chips and dips for starters, not so good (dips ok, taco chips not). The featured cheeseburgers was disappointing, the beef patty was severely over cooked , with little taste and quite rubbery. Asked for a less cooked burger and were told that only over cooked burgers are allowed to be served in Sweden!! Eventually got a better burger, but still over cooked. French Fries were Ok, the Guinness was good, so the evening was not a total disappointment. Prices quite high, service good, food could have been much better.
Had a meal on a Sunday night in a friendly little bar. Simple but very good food and a good range of good beer. Also the bar staff were very friendly and attentive help with translation of the menu.
