3 Orologi - GABIANO

Despite the castle website indicating it’s only open on a weekend we had a tremendous meal on Monday evening mid September. Five courses, each a treat of locally produced piedmont regional cuisine. Accompanied by copious amounts of incredibly good value wine from the castles vineyards, all served with enthusiasm, knowledge and pride by the lovely staff. If only all restaurants could be like this

The restaurant 3 Orologi at Castello Di Gabiano has been one of my highlights during my stay in Piemonte. No a la carte menu guests have the choice between a 3 or 5 course menu. The staff is incredibly nice and friendly and know all the details about the served food. The prices are reasonable as the dishes are fantastic and mainly made with vegetables from their garden and locally produced ingredients...

Historical and Romantic place. Beautiful visit and excellent panoramic view over taste of the wines of Cantina. Recommended. Also x Group visits.

We had dinner very well. very nice location especially for those who stay at the castle. Maybe the 6eur gram truffle is slightly expensive.

We had lunch at the restaurant 3 watches choosing the 3-course menu 45 € excluding drinking we spent in total 105 € for 2 people). Congratulations to the chef: all great, well calibrated flavors and special combinations. The only mole of the day was the slowness of the service, eventually apologized justifying the inconvenience with the arrival of many people without reservation .
