Absolutely amazing white truffle lunch. The tartare and the fried egg were to die for, generous dose of truffle! The angiolini and tagliolini were also absolutely delicious. Pricing was fair, in line with the current white truffle price per kg. The only problem was the service, slow and disorganized. A cutlery missing, a beer glass not offered, a long waiting time between dishes. The restaurant was full and it felt like they were understaffed. For us it was okay didn't complain, it was the 2 of us. Hopefully we didn't come with the full family otherwise the waiting would have been problematic. Other than that, absolutely adored the food and it was worth the wait! Thank you

Very well ate. A crispy egg with carts in a cheese-fondue sauce. And a big piece of wire.
