We enjoyed a delicious fish meal here. we were treated with some homemade brot and fish croquettes at the arrival compliments of the cook. from beginning to end we enjoyed every ounce of our dorado, rice, kartoffel and sweet (and there was a lot! . it was rounded off by a glass of local fleet. many thanks for a beautiful evening.

Talvez o melhor lugar para comer frutos do mar e peixe fresco no Funchal. Muito boa qualidade de peixe e frutos do mar; serviço super profissional. Nós tentamos o peixe-ovelha (raças para os de Matosinhos, eu não sei o que eles chamam em outras regiões), difícil de encontrar e muito apreciado na região, um pouco caro, mas vale a pena. Existem menus completos de marisco que estão em conta,

Wir haben in mehreren Restaurants in Madeira Espada gegessen im O Barqueiro war der gegrillte Espada mit Abstand am besten. Wir haben hier 4x gegessen. Auch die gegrillten gambas waren Spitze. Absolut positive Weiterempfehlung, auch relativ preiswert wenn man die Gesamtleistung betrachtet.
