Dozier's Bbq - Fulshear

I have lived here and been coming to Doziers for over 20+ years. I had a plate and it was extremely disappointing to the brisket being way over-cooked and falling apart when touched. The ribs being over-cooked and charred. The sides were very good. I hate leaving any review that is sub par and just really hope it was a bad day! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–50

The brisket burger is a monster!! If you're hungry, this is a meal in itself. Very tasty.

I have been eating at Doziers for well over 30 years. I will not be going back. They have changed the recipe of the ribs and I know Mr. Dozier is flipping in his grave over how they have messed up his legacy. It no longer serves his award winning bbq nor does it cater to his longtime Fulsher neighbors. They have turned this once amazing place into another run of the mill overpriced craft bbq shop. $120 for 3 slabs of mediocre ribs that weren't even hot. We will not be back and I do not recommend going. They have run off lifelong customers and employees.
