Coco Crepes, Waffles Coffee - Fulshear

Pamela and I travel all the time in our RV and we visit many places and restaurants. We are always happy to publish positive reviews. Coco Crepes especially Katelyn was a great experience. She was very friendly and took our order. The food was very delicious. We will come back before we come to the next destination to make more reviews. Thank you and don't forget to come to the street. This morning it was quite excited to try the food because I always see it on DoorDash, but although I said, ?hello? after the entry I was not greeted back. I stood on the menu for 12 minutes (after my phone) waiting for a greeting and possibly even a quote of suggestions since I obviously have never been here, but I have never received a verbal recognition of my presence, although the employee stood there from the time I entered until I left. Needless to say, I decided to leave and probably won back?t, but the pictures look good online.

I was often with Coco Crepes, usually after 3:00 and I always meet friendly service from owners staff, until today. Came at 2:00 and the place was empty, only 4 of us. I wanted to tell my friends about this place. The cashier at the counter working on 08/31/2022 was extremely unpleasant. There were a few cardboard menus on the right side of the counter, and one of the menu was Moroccan soup. I asked very nicely if they had the soup for today. Instead of answering only with a yes, we have it, she answered with a very evil sound, and she said when the MENU is out there, it means we have it. The sound of the voice was unprofessional. I asked my friends later if they heard their sound, and two did not hear, but one did. Was it so hard to answer? It wasn't even busy, we were the only customers at 2:00. This experience has left a very unpleasant taste. I refused to put tip in the drinking can, but after she left for the day, I have a second order to go and I put tip in the cash register. Actually, she didn't deserve my tip, and I'd rather get the rest of the crews (all male). By the way, the salad crepes were excellent as usual. Only this evil experience today.

The last two times I was rather dry and/or somewhat rude to customer service. Even Borge orders have received the wrong food, but for what I ordered. As always the food is delicious, no matter what I get, but they need to work on customer service and get people orders right. I ordered the smoked salmon PANININI and got the salmon cake. My mother ordered the Cocos Crepe and got a peanut butter and jelly crepe.

I'm not a huge fan of crepes, but I had the breakfast crepe with ham. It was very good. The crepe had a nice hint of sweetness and the eggs were very fluffy and tender. I don't like overcooked eggs. Very good customer service! I will visit there again.
