Kfc - Franklin

I just ordered 3 piece big box in drive through I asked for original and I asked for butter honey and jelly. The blond girl at window with all the tattoos told me the butter jelly and honey are in the bag I drive home about 5 miles get ready to eat mymeal and I got 1 original leg and the other 2 peices were extra crispy and there was no butter honey and jelly in the bag and noreceipt either so since she didn't want to give me what I ordered probably why I got no receipt so I be stuck with it thanksalot kfc frankl I n on 31 and commerce wtg

I just went through the drive through and ordered 2 large mashed potatoes and gravy and small Mac n cheese and a small cole slaw. I get home and there is no gravy. I have been trying to call the store for 30 minutes and their phone is off the hookbecause it just rings busy. Spent almost $20 and didn't get all my order.

Lucky there isn't an option for 0 stars ! Chicken were low quality meat , greasiet chicken I've ever eaten , full of gristle and cooked in old oil. Absolute worst chicken I have ever eaten period ! And $21 for 8 pieces of chicken ! I will never eat hereagain !

This was one of the worst food experiences we 've ever had, if I could give them 0 stars I would. We ordered almost $70 worth of food. It was all wrong, not one thing was correct. We asked for a refund but the manager offered to make it all fresh andcorrectly. So we get home and the food is disgusting, tasted rancid and our chicken wings were **** and RAW ON THE INSIDE! Iwent back to the restaurant and took them all of it. I asked for a refund and was told they couldn 't, the general manager had towhen she was in the next day. I got all the information and now the phone number rings busy....how convenient! I will becontacting corporate and get my money back!!!

I love KFC mashed potatoes they are the best ever. This location however is the worst I've ever been in. Not only are they unprofessional and they have forgotten several things each time I have ordered. When I ask for a receipt it's like they're beingput out. They definitely need some new management and some guidance among their staff. For the money that I spent an aggravationthat they have caused it's not worth going back.
