Friendly staff , good selection of hot drinks and bagels

Good food. Friendly service. The reasons that its not 5 stars are Portions and Some Prices. All in all I'd recommend this establishment.

Delicious jalepeno bagel and great coffee. So many other bagels to try plus the sandwich menu looks good.

Gonna be honest, the food is still good but the service is starting to lack a bit. I work on the road so I called in an order. Took me roughly 10 mins to get there, the order was not ready when I got there, the also didn 't make my order correct. When I walked in and said I called in an order under Peter they weren 't even sure if they had a call in even though the guy on the phone said it was the franklin location. I wish this was a one time thing but this has happened a few times now. I hope the service improves and the people taking the orders listen to the person ordering.

Almost $14 for a sub with 4 slices of salami and ham. From $8.95 to over $13 and change. I guess pay more get less is the new way.I get prices are up but come on now.
