Pizza Inn - Frankfort

This was one of the most disappointing times in a long time. When we arrived we were seated and promptly handed a check for our meal before we had visited the buffet. Server really didn't come back to check on us. Isn't a very welcoming feeling when that occurs and doesn't really bode well for the visit. A large majority of the buffet was empty and what was left was really hard. They did get some pizza out and it was pretty good. There was a new pizza- Chicken Parmesan- that had a good flavor. Salad bar was fairly well stocked and there was two soups. Pasta bar was a little disappointing. Also be warned they do not follow the card getting punched per adult buffet- they want every one in your party to have their own card. Even though the front states one punch per adult buffet. Nothing says you have to have a separate card per person.

I really like eating there, but I never get more than 3 plates salad, spaghetti/pizza, and dessert and the price of the buffet REALLY hurts. Especially if paying for a family.

The pasta and sauces looked as if it had been there all day, the pizza and I mean all of it had been picked through and what was left was what no one wanted. It was the worst it’s ever been while we were there. In their defense tho we did get there an hour before they closed but we were paying customers like everyone else and the food should’ve been edible or discounted at least. Prolly just won’t be back for awhile or at that time.

This place is always great. Food is always fresh and although I wish they'd give me more than 3 little bitty lemon wedges for my water... (I just get sweet tea now it's good too lol) this will always be a favorite.
