Stockton - Fort Stockton

Charming dining area, cheerful and quick servers, excellent menu choices and food prep. Will visit again.

The waitress was extremely discourteous. Waited over 40 minutes just for salad. When inquired about the wait was told she had other tables to serve. There were only two other tables with diners.

We came for the fish fry. It's a Western NY thing. Ask anyone. We were all disappointed. The batter was heavy and overcooked. I used a stake knife to be able to get batter and fish in the same bite. Fish was thin and dried out. For anywhere else in the country, it was an OK meal, but for a western NY fish fry, it did not meet the local minimum standard. PS. we have been here before and had good meals. we will be back, but not for fish.

What a fantastic place! Loved the ambiance, the decorating, the colors of this very old historic restaurant. The service was excellent, the food was delicious! We all had the beef on weck, perfection! Eat here!

This is a nice small town location to get good food. The service was friendly, and drinks are reasonably priced as well. I would revisit if I were in the area.
