Mingo's Burritos - Fort Stockton

This place is a fantastic hole in the wall Burrito/Taco joint. the hot fall was full of breakfast and lunch burritos they could order. the tortillas were homemade and huge. I chose homemade beans and meat on my burrito. a burrito was the perfect size to fill me. the salsa was on the spot. they had only one kind of salsa. I would like to have options like a green salsa or orange. the taco meat was tasteful. they were perfect. I decided to be on my burrito. the cheese was more real cheese and not american cheese like some tacos places tend to put on their tacos. the personal was very accommodating and amazing. this place is definitely worth a stop when they are hungry for tacos.

Their spicy Chile Verdewith potatoes burrito was tender and spicy. Will be back to try more

I've been here for 9 months, and I'm really going to miss it! "Delicious" doesn't even begin to describe it! The breakfast burritos and her hot sauce are the best I've ever tasted. I really wish I could bring her back to North Louisiana!

The spicy chile verde burrito with potatoes was delicious and full of flavor. I can't wait to return and try more dishes!
