Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - Forney

Raw fries and warm bread is not the ideal meal from Canes. This was a sign of poor QC on Management. Notice the line was way shorter than other Cane locations. What a disappointing visit

We were in the area looking at houses and decided to stop here to eat and plan out the rest of our day. We fell in love with this location as soon as we walked in. Everyone greeted us and took our orders promptly. I love their lemonade behind the counter. It only took a few minutesnfir us to get our food and everything was HOT and fresh. Normally that's what everyone wants but I did take off one star because my 2 year kids meal was hotter than everyone's so she refused to eat it. They have a wonderful outside area to eat with a screen that blows a wonderful breeze through the establishment. We loved the decor of the place. It's altogether a very welcoming place and we will definitely be back.

My son loves their toasted bread. I usually order additional toasted bread .But I missed those additional orders sometimes after checking at home. I ordered some yesterday by drive through. I requested one of the employee if she put the additional toasted bread i ordered in the box before she handed to me through the window. She said she is not sure. I ask her simple question if she can check it . She replied me you can check by pulling your car in the parking lot. I know some of them are so nice and care if you only getting service inside. I don't think they ever train them how to serve customers in the drive through. They focus only how many customers served .They don't care how they got served.

This was my first visit to a Raising Cane's, and I was impressed! The chicken texture and flavor was what chicken should be, and the coating was really enjoyable. I tried the Cane's Sauce. Not really my thing, I should have asked for maybe a regular bbq sauce, but it's a granddaughter's favorite in the whole world. The crinkle-cut fries were the perfect crispness and temperature. I was on vacation and live nowhere near a Cane's, but I want one now!

It was okay. I usually looove canes but tonight I came and ordered a three finger box. The fries were not salted, the chicken was literally soggy, and they forgot my extra sauce.
