Marco's Pizza - Forney

Terrible customer service! Sierra was no help with an online order that was placed. The manager was in the background and wouldn’t even get on the phone. I will not spend money here again. I will also be reporting this to corporate

Went to dine in. Got a 2 liter to share, they did not have ice which is fine but the 2 liter was hot, the real kicker was they didn't even have cups. I asked since they didn't have cups could they substitute for 2 20 oz so wecould drink with our food. They refused and stated our deal only came with a 2 liter. Why offer dine in if they don't even have cups? The food was okay although it took forever. The girl preparing the pizza had her hair down, no hair net and was slinging her hair around everywhere while preparing pizzas. I was shocked I didn't find a hair but I know someone did today. Probably won't be back.

Actually, we have not been here since we moved to Rockwall from Rowlett, but we used to go there fir pizza. They also deliver. A clean place. Not too pricey, and food is hit and very good.. you can eat in or order fir delivery.

This place has always been consistent!! The pizza is on point here, very friendly and very courteous!!!!!Nothing has changed, still some of the best pizza in town!!!!!!!!
