Starbucks - Forest Lake

I went through Drive-thru. They lady was kind, helpful and no irritation in her voice. Greeted us warmly inviting. She got the order correct. We didn't have to wait long for her to come to the window, get the payment hand us our order. She was well groomed. She smiled us thank us for ordering. I'm definitely a Starbucks Fan. I was leary before but, this new Starbucks in North Branch, MN I'd recommend it.

Will not come back here EVER! This is the first Starbucks that has ever told me they can't do no ice in a drink!! When I have to drive an hour to get home I do not like a watered down drink. The second one I ordered was with water and they made both with lemonade!! Never again when others will do what the customer wants!

The staff were rude and waited 15 mins for a coffee. I watched everyone else get theirs first before me that came in after me.

Everything is great I just have one request. Can you please bring back the unicorn Frappuccino?! I never got to try it ???

First Starbucks I’ve ever gone to where the Staff was rude. My experience is always great at other locations even if they are out of ingredients. This location does not represent what a Starbucks should which is a positive environment. I won’t be returning to that location.
