White Castle - Forest Lake

I did not receive the shake I ordered and my sandwiches were missing pickles and mayo. I also did not receive the ranch that I ordered with my chicken rings.

The experience at this restaurant was very disappointing. We did not receive our complete order and there were no sauces provided. The food was served cold, even though we were only three blocks away. This was very upsetting, especially since we did not receive our entire order.

The sliders and fries were hot and delicious. I enjoyed my meal

The restaurant pays close attention to detail and the flavors are delicious, just as I anticipated.

They were very busy and suffered from lack of personnel. It took a long time to get my order. One of the nice female employees noticed that I patiently waited for my food and offered me a free drink or shake. It seems like a little gesture, but I really appreciated this act of kindness. I felt appreciated as a customer and will always make it from this moment to a point to stop when I am in Forest Lake. The bag of 10 sliders I ordered turned out to be a few of the most delicious I ever tasted. Totality in the value of waiting.
