Domino's Pizza - Floyd County

Absolutely the best experience I've had with a pizza place.

The girl who answered the phone was not friendly at all, like she was doing me a big favor taking my order. It got entered wrong of course, payment turned into a fiasco. Dealing with the same difficult girl in person once I got to the store.The pizzas are not bad. They are worth about half of what they charge.

Problems with our last order: The spinach thin crust is not a thin crust, it appears to be hand tossed.The hand tossed pepperoni pizza was poorly rolled out and oddly shaped. They also didn't put the garlic butter on the pizza crust. Toppings that we paid extra for are missing from both. Wings barely have sauce on them, just a thin drizzle. Tots were overcooked/burnt and sauce either wasn't put on them or it dried up.It's been awhile since we ordered from this location. Last time they delivered an empty box and didn't take my call for 2 hours until I called on my husband's phone, which they answered his phone number immediately. They have messed up something on every order we have placed with this location. This particular location has horrible quality control. We won't be ordering from this location in the future.

Chastity is amazing as always, she is very welcoming as we walk in with a smile on her face! Our pizzas was fresh and delicious! Looked so good when opening each box. We will definitely be back!

Placed an order online, forgot to change to a future order, called immediately, the workers would not do anything to help. They were also completely rude.
