Staff is very rude and Arrogant. They hardly serve with a smile. They are treating customers like a burden. If you ask for anything they make you feel like a beggar. If you question the quality or quantity they rudely reply This is what we are having/serving. They are not at all bothered about customers and customer satisfaction.

If ZERO was available as a rating choice, I would have picked ZERO and not even a ONE. There were NO toilet tissue in any of the 3 restrooms!!!! It was disgusting to have to use our own hands to clean ourselves after passing our bowel movements.As well, at 8:30pm, even though the closing time was 10:00pm, the employees cleaned and closed the grills so that NO chicken were able to be cooked!! So there was NO availabity of wraps and bowls. ONLY sandwiches with cold meat, and soup were available!!Also, the soup was COLD!!!This is the WORST eatery I have ever visited in my whole life in the whole of the world. There no basic decency about this location. It ruins the reputation of Tim Horton!!! It ruins the reputation of Fernie, BC!!!

After waiting and waiting while watching the priority (drive through) customers get their food I finally asked where my food was only to have the lady give me a foul look as if she was disgusted by me. I get told to sit down and wait. Yeah great customer service that. Also I believe we should be speaking the language of the country while in the work place. Practice makes perfect eh!.
