Bidra med feedbackSad to say this is obviously a tourist trap bar/restaurant. recommended by the employee to try the daily special of bacalao (cod) quiche. that came with salat and chips. the quiche was tasteless and stodgy. two basic semi-glasses red wine. and the bill came to €40, which a complete tear. they would be best to walk to the sea where there is a lot of caffes / restaurants.
We ordered a cheff and a codpie. both were overcooked and each taste was missing. if I would call a court a hull of the cook, this should be an excellent choice. Perhaps the cheff of this restaurant needs to find an upgrade or another job. not recommended. when eating someone made loud noise with a machine to scratch wood. they can't do that while they eat guests. no deal.
Had a proper lunch here very recently. It’s our fault for not saying anything but both dishes were served virtually cold. Portion size is very small considering what most Maderian restaurants serve. Service pleasant and venue itself is fine but will not be going back...for food. Maybe a quiet time now after Xmas but that does not excuse the meal we received. €35 for a small lunch and soft drinks is a lot.
Nice little pub/restaurant in the heart of Sao Vicente. Clean and good choice of food available. Grilled sardines was the order of the day along with an ice cold beer. Food was good but no different from any other venue. Staff were enthusiastic but seemed...a little 'rushed ', maybe it was just the heat
Comida precocinada, patatas y arroz malisimos. Pedimos atún como plato del dia y nos trajeron atun de lata hervido. Para reir y no volver jamas.
