Hungry Jack's - FAIRY MEADOW

I had worked hard all day and didn't feel like cooking so I decided to take myself into this fast food establishment. I should have known that I was in the wrong place because all of the staff desperately were in need of personality transplants...with no hospitality skills AT ALL and the food that was prepared , served , sold and walked out with was nothing like the pictures I picked from. It was more like it had just been thawed out from the olympics , it was bereft of any nutritional value, was dry and orrible. Never Again.

Food was great for breakfast , but staff sitting out of counter talking **** to each other, plenty of food scraps on floor behind counter they should of been picking up before food inspector noticed.

My wife had the stunner meal today, burger,chips,drink,sundae and chicken nuggets. All for Look it is fast food, but this is a good value cheap meal.

Stopped here for lunch after a long drive. After locating a car park had to find the entrance to Hungary Jacks. I went to the counter and ordered a burger, fries and a drink. Went to find a clean table and couldn't. Obviously the person...charged with clearing and cleaning tables was away. You can excuse this to a certain extent when the place id busy, but it wasn't. I'll try somewhere else next time.

Like all HJ's this one is no different....a theme with burgers booths. It's hard to get consistency here especially with the temperature of the fries and sometimes the burgers. If the fries come out cold and greasy we just take them back for...a hotter version. We find the Stunner deal the best value and now a small range of burger types are available at a marginal difference in cost. We still prefer the ice cream sundae over the new Drumstick available now with this meal. Like all fast food restaurants cleanliness of the eating areas can be appalling (patrons and staff) and sometimes that's the case here. One new problem (before dusk) is a rogue flock of Magpies that are extremely bold and daring at the outside tables. It used to be Seagulls but even they can't compete with these birds very unusual!
