Bill-e's - Fairhope

A local legend and a must for burgers to stop... I couldn't have done a better job on my grill at home! Incredibly fun atmosphere, although I was on a work trip and not get to enjoy the provided drinking games and football, I can say that this would definitely be one of my favorite places if I lived in the area. Pam was my server, she was super friendly and accommodating.

Really fun atmosphere! Lots of games and fun things to spot around the restaurant. The Fried Green beans were fantastic!

Wow! This is all I could say while enjoying my first bite of this burger. It was called the Bill-E's Blended Burger. A mixture of ground beef and ground pork belly with Swiss cheese, grilled onions, salad and a fried egg. That was a wonderful combination! The taste of Patty tasted like bacon. It had a subtle smoked bacon taste. Who doesn't like a bacon! I make this a regular burger stop.

Since I can't eat gluten, I don't have burgers anymore. Some places like Locals Ox Kitchen offer gluten-free rolls for a charge, but I decided to bring my own Gf bungalow home so I could eat here as I love Bill-E's Speck. It was worth it. The best burger I've had for years! I added the Pimento cheese that was creamy delicious. The Wagyu Burger was full of taste had huge slices of bacon on it. Ansley took care of us. I'm often back, but I have to negotiate the rolls. This picture is the original bun before I turned to me. Very reasonable prices too.

After having recently moved here from New Orleans spending soo much time on the road playing shows; we had my youngest daughter's birthday at your establishment. I just have to say this was the best experience we have had in Alabama. Nate his crew were amazing, attentive and above beyond helpful. The crowd was superior. The food was awesome. The service impeccable. Thank you for a wonderful experience. We will be back even if I never get asked to play a gig...
