I had a great experience and Samantha was absolutely amazing with her customer service.

I don't know how their system works but this starbucks has the most disorganized store. I have to wait for 20 mins for just 3 drinks! 3 staff had to make each drink and the last person to make the last drink had to finish the hot food first and all of them had to make the drinks from the people that came in and not thru app. They hand you the drinks too without wiping even its soo sticky!!

Same vibe as most Starbucks the first time I ever went inside after going there for years because my app chose in-store instead of drive-thru but, it was very nice. Not crowded compared to most Starbucks.
