Dunkin' - Essex

The products here are decent, this is my go to location in the morning before work. But if you don’t have an item on the menu anymore then take the item off the menu.

Truly the best Dunkin around! The staff is amazing. They are all so hard working and so friendly. I only go to this location! They keep me coming back every time! :

I avoid going to this Dunkin' Donuts if possible. The employees at the drive-thru have been rude on the few occasions I have visited. Despite saying thank you multiple times, I have not received any acknowledgment from them. I also requested for my bagel to be cut, but it was not done, which has not been a problem at other Dunkin' Donuts locations I have visited.

The drive-thru has always gotten my order correct and the lines move very quickly.

The restaurant was very clean with extremely fast service. The food was fresh and the staff were exceptionally friendly. It had a great atmosphere for dining, working, or chatting.
