Panda Express - Escondido

I ordered the bigger plate via the mobile app. When open the box at home, I only got 2-entree plate instead of 3 entrees. They didn't pack the Beijing beef in the box and I paid the 3-entree plate price. In addition, the chow mein was soggy and broken. It's like some leftover noodles. Food tasted bland too. No quality at all! Totally disappointed with the Panda Express in the NC mall.

The person processing my card at the register was rude. No respect at all. She had no smile or sense of urgency.

Terrible customer service and Extremely rude team. Absolutely atrocious manner with no customer service. Not a good representation of the team or the brand. I would rather eat left over trash than come here

Came to get food after a long day of shopping. Waited line as expected and ordered my food, once I reached the cashier, girl working was extremely rude and gave me a horrible look. She then proceeded to give me napkins but she threw them in the bag. Honestly this interaction quite bothered me and left me with negativity.
