CONSTANTLY SCREWS UP! How difficult is it to put cheese on a sandwich that comes with cheese?? No “oh I’m sorry about that” just gives me a replacement that’s COLD! This is ridiculous Service: Take out Meal type: Breakfast

This is absolutely the dirtiest Wendy's I have been in. The floor was so sticky, my shoes were sticking to it. And the beverage machine was disgustingly filthy. But the employees were very nice. This location has gone way downhill over the last couple years. It used to be your average Wendy’s, and now? The service is horrendous—99% of the time not a word is even spoken except for the total due, and even that feels like they’re being out. And if they do speak, they’re just beyond rude. The lobby is never open (no sign on the door), the speaker box just got fixed but they still only take 2 cars orders at a time, the food is consistently wrong, and it takes more than 25 minutes to get through a line with 3 cars total including myself.
