Bidra med feedbackI frequent this restaurant often. The staff is friendly, the salads always look fresh and are crunchy. It is probably the best Subway I have been to in Adelaide.
I did not have an issue with the staff member who answered the phone while I was placing my order. However, I would have preferred if she had asked the caller to hold for a moment while she finished making my sandwich. My half-eaten sandwich was left sitting on the counter for what seemed like 5 minutes while she spoke on the phone, causing me and another customer to wait. This level of service was not satisfactory.
I usually have a basic ham and salad roll with Southwest sauce - very nice. Last time I was there, I tried their honey mustard special and that has since become my favourite. My only complaint is staff should fill the rolls all the way to the ends. Who wants to take a couple of bites into a plain roll when they've paid for filling? They are slowly going the way of places like Hungry Jacks and McDonald's where scrimping on filling has become the norm.

The restaurant was clean, but our dining experience was disrupted by noisy and obnoxious young men at a nearby booth. It lacked a family-friendly atmosphere.
