The food at this restaurant is incredibly tasty and the portion sizes are very generous. The service is fast, but it can get crowded, so ordering by phone on busy nights is recommended. The chips are crispy, and the chicken and grilled dishes are made with very fresh ingredients. This is one of the top chip shops in Gawler.

When we go to Adelaide and have a 3 hr travel home we stop at this Charcoal Chicken shop and buy our dinner, the smell is divine and cant wait to eat it when we get home. there is so many salads to choose from just a little jewel in Gawler.

Not a bad local takeaway with a huge range! Easy access and decent parking!Does get quite busy particularly at night on the weekends so sometimes easier to phone through your order! Food isn't bad with decent servings however the prices are getting a bit rich nowdays particularly chickens and hot packs!Staff are generally nice and friendly

Every time we have food from here it is consistently great. Fantastic chips and very generous servings. Chicken is well seasoned and well cooked. Service is friendly and prompt. Well priced. Great shop.

One of our family favorites locally, just like fish and chips shops in the old days. Nice battered fish, HUGE meal packs and the best gravy!
