Papa John's - Elgin

This store was absolutely slammed last night. And the driver showed up with a huge smile on his face which brightened my evening. To experience upset customers for hours on end ON A FRIDAY and then still show up with that magical energy speaks volumes about this pizza shop. Keep up the good work, friends!

My app order was for carryout and it was ready for pick up earlier than projected. Both the cheese pizza and philly cheese steak pizza were excellent. Very tasty, well made, and perfectly cooked. The seasoned bread sticks were also well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I was very impressed with the food I picked up today.

They use doordash drivers if they get busy. Doordash driver showed up, didn't ring the doorbell, didnt knock on the door, or text so my pizza sat outside for like 20 minutes. I called the store and the guy was super nice and they sent another pizza and the delivery driver for the store was super nice too. I don't blame them for what happened. 5/5 and doordash can kick rocks. Pizza was tasty as ever.

My pizza was made fairly quickly, I followed the track my order and arrived a few minutes early she already had my drink ready and gave me tons of Parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers (which most places won’t do) As soon as I got my pizza it was steaming hot just like I like it breadsticks were perfect pizza was made beautifully it was such a good pizza that I will be frequenting this Papa John’s a lot! Also the lady working as the cashier couldn’t have been any nice THANK YOU!!!!
