I reserved on 6.12.22 by phone a table for 6 people for the 10.6. when we arrived in the local area, we were with the words: we did not welcome the owner. on my kind greeting the note that I had reserved, I got another one. there is no reservation on their names. it can't be that they called. a few seconds later, I was thrown to the head that I would have reserved for a week later. there was no excuse, no kind word of regret, nothing! except the statement, I would be guilty because I would have reserved for later. mistakes can happen, this is not a question at all, but what we experienced was really unkindness unprofessionality not to bite!!! the dame was already really friendly at our last visit, but everyone can have a bad day too?! we see in this local so fast no one again!!!
