As a Hermsdorfer we eat occasionally. The food was also very delicious this time and the service was very friendly. I can only recommend for family celebrations.

We made an interim review here. Despite very late arrival a very nice welcome. Clean, beautiful rooms, very quiet location. Good breakfast. Very recommended.

On the way to Leipzig it was time for lunch. We want to leave the highway here. We went to Hermsdorf-Süd. If it is south and east, there should be a larger village. Turned towards the city centre and we read a sign of lunch table and in the yard there are own parking spaces. The house makes a good impression, so we try. There are many one-way streets and dead ends. We can't say how to get there. There are private parking spaces on the farm and a beer garden is also available. There are steps on one side to the entrance, but opposite they have a long pulled ramp. The toilets are only reached after 23 steps on the first floor. Service We were very kindly greeted by a lady in the historic dirndl and had free choice. When we took a place, she gave us the cards and asked us if we would like to order drinks or look first. We ordered the same and the drinks quickly came to the table with one. She wondered if we were together. Shortly afterwards she covered the table and brought a basket of bread and grapes. She told me about the delivery. There was one more thanks to me – but gladly. Then there was a pleasant waiting period until the food came before they cleared the tables. She wished us a good appetite and also under food there was a demand for our satisfaction. The empty plates immediately noticed them and asked if it tasted us. She thanked us very much. She then went back to the table and asked if it could be something else. The empty glasses were also immediately noticed and on the question whether it can be something else we shared with her that we want to pay. She came back with a small document and asked us if it was enough or we needed a peasant document. She thanked twice for the tip and wished us a nice day. When we were gone, we were warmly approved. There were still guests who had problems when ordering. She was very friendly and helpful, and she also got the dishes. We'll find her the 5 stars. There is a red leather cover card with transparent sleeves. The label and the bear are engraved on the front. But it has traces after a few years on the hump. There is not too much on the map here about the different dishes. Thüringer specialities are also available. We had two alcohol-free wheat at 3,80 € each, the homemade beef roulade with red cabbage and lumps for 13,90 € and the carriage salad “black bear” various salads of the season with herbal clothing, roasted bread cubes and chicken breast strips for 9,90 € At “gone” from the house there were fresh, crispy baggage bread and also a grizzy. Fucked us. The salad had a neat size. On the edge there were apparently larger Radichio leaves for decoration, on the outside were placed cucumber slices and halved cocktail tomatoes were melted. In the middle there were mixed leaf salads and a white herbal salad. For this purpose, various colored paprika strips and radishes were melted. The leaf salads were marinated in a vinegar dressing with fresh herbs, which was very beautifully balanced. The herbal salad was very fresh and also great marinated. On the top there was another kind of yogurt dressing that was well added to it. Also here were fresh herbs with him game. The chicken breast super delicate and juicy fried and also perfectly seasoned. The bread cubes super crispy and not fat at all. It was a bit difficult at the beginning to eat in the deep oval bowl where you cut the meat and the cucumber. There was only one place to eat free. Upon arrival of the other plate we only thought that they forget the sauce, but no deceased by the plate that had the same color. The Roulade was very juicy and delicately cooked. There was nothing to complain about Spicing. She was filled with onions, bacon and vinegar. It was all mixed in a mustard cream. Spotzl tasted her very well, she was something too crowded. The red grass would rather be in an extra bowl. It was tender, but still with some bite and still nicely cooked. It had a wonderful taste of the herbs and was refined by spices. We were thrilled with the red herb. We can't be friends with Thüringer Klößen. They looked around, but very soft, we don't like it. But it's not a criticism that the clubs can't do anything about it. They had a nice potato taste, were supplied with sufficient salt and filled with bread core. The sauce was a bit tied, a little thicker. She had a nice taste, but from taste it could be a bit more for us. Our departure was rewarded. 4.5 star atmosphere It is a little necessary for reconciliation here. You feel a little beaten by all the crimes. When you come in, there is a big heavy wooden walk with the gift behind it. In the past there are seating options. The chairs don't fit like that. Bright wood with colorful fabric cover including backrests. The tables are separated by cassettes where you plant flowers. There are different wooden figures inside. On the left of the vault there is an additional area that is slightly elevated. There are tables for larger groups and already covered. In the end there are two small niches. One area is separated by chairs and here is probably everything for the breakfast buffet from the hotel. Also here a lot of decoration with different animals and other Crimean crumbles. Here you can also find many clogged animals. On the table there is a light green tablecloth and a slightly darker middle blanket, both made of fabric. There is a stand with ceramic cook and salt and pepper shaker, a tone vessel with tea light, an artificial flower set and a note with a drink. It would actually be a nice old guest room, but that's all too much for us. All dice and too many dead animals. Sometimes it's less. 3 star cleanliness It was all clean, but the dust tracks on the whole decoration are hard to remove. On the ladies' toilets everything clean, with the gentlemen minimal dust traces that had to look. 4 stars
