Always brilliant food. Fresh, clean and nice staff. Good selection and decent city prices. Curry of the day is well worth a try, chilli was also excellent.

This is the best baked potato I have ever had, anywhere! I ordered the double with cheese and chilli, and it was huge! The man working behind the counter was very kind and polite. My daughter has just been accepted to the university nearby, so we will definitely be coming back here often!

We arrived in Edinburgh mid afternoon and due to our plans needed something filling to last us. We stumbled upon this just around the corner from our hotel, and thought it perfect for a late lunch. I had the standard sized jacket with chilli con carne, and my pal had the standard sized jacket with chicken tikka. To note they offer standard and large and the standard was huge!! Can eat in or takeaway. Would imagine its very popular at lunchtime, and rightly so! Would go back.

If you enjoy jacket potatoes, this is the perfect place for you. Just a heads up, the double portion is quite filling, so be careful if you're feeling hungry.
